Shopmobility and Public Transport Co-ordination are located within the bus station. The bus station provides free paper copies of all timetables of services that operate within the Stirling and Clackmannnanshire Council areas. 

First' passes may be purchased at the bus station (e.g. zonal cards). 

Journeys on National Express and Scottish Citylink may be booked: on-line or by visiting the ticket sales office at the bus station.
